  • Kayaking/Paddleboarding –
Experience the Bass River on your own kayak or paddleboard. Don’t worry though, even if you are a first-timer, you’ll have a life jacket. Bass River Kayaks, Cruises and Paddleboards will give you a water proof map and inform you about the tides, even give you a brief lesson. They also offer boat river cruises for those who would rather relax and enjoy the view.
  • Boat Ride –
In Plymouth there are boat cruises to witness some gorgeous views and watch the sea life. Captain John Boats is known for running into whales on their four-hour rides. There is also Pilgrim Belle, which offers harbor cruises daily.  Their sunset cruise is often a favorite and they offer brunch or dinner cruises to dine with a view! Love boats, but sick of tours? Check out the Mayflower II, a replica of the ship the Pilgrims sailed to the new world on.
  • Fishing –
Take the youngsters fishing by visiting Cap’n Kids Fishing Adventures. Cap’n Kid offers two-hour trips specially geared towards working with kids, where they’ll teach them how to fish by rod and reel, pull a lobster trap and bait a crab trap. They also have a traditional four-hour charter fishing boat trip.
  • Baseball –
Our destination is only a little over an hour away from Boston, the home of the Red Sox. Stop by and see a game at the world renowned Fenway Park. You’ll get to see the 37-foot tall “Green Monster” and chow down on some peanuts and crackerjacks. For more information on Fenway Park, read our article to start planning the perfect baseball road trip on our Sundance Vacations Blog!
  • Fine Arts –
The Museum of Fine Arts Boston has special exhibits, such as the Japanese Buddhist Temple Room. Certain exhibitions are only up for a while so make sure you check out their website to see what’s new before you visit! There’s art from all over America, Europe, Asia, Africa and more in their collection. It’s an artist’s paradise!
  • Boston –
As stated above, our property is only an hour or so away from Boston, a town with a rich history and sense of culture.  Vacationers can check out some of the delicious fare, visit local hot spots and historical sites or even take the Samuel Adams Brewery Tour!
