At Sundance Vacations, a customer service representative is responsible for service after a vacation package is purchased. The representatives make welcome calls to all new clients, answer any questions a client may have about their vacation package, troubleshoot issues, and service our promotional items. One of their most important tasks is customer retention. It is the task of the customer service employee to ensure the client’s happiness by resolving any and all issues. This is a full time position Monday through Friday and every other Saturday. Shifts will vary between the hours of 9am and 9pm M-F, 9am and 5pm on Saturdays. Pay rate is $10.00/$11.00 hr, applicants must have knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Must possess strong grammar and writing skills and previous customer service experience required.
