The key role of the STSR is to field important incoming calls to the company. Reliability is important so we have a full staff at the ready to service the calls as they come in. Many of the call are from customers displaying an interest in the company/product so an STSR must be conversational and possess excellent closing skills in order to cover the information in such a way as to maximize the close rate and show rate to the sales offices. An STSR also handles some customer service including answering questions, providing driving directions, and assisting clients who are having trouble locating the sales office. This is a promoted from TSR position only.
