Sundance Vacations Employee Travel Benefits
We believe that employees who utilize our vacation product will help us achieve our mission by expanding their knowledge of the varied destinations offered by Sundance Vacations and sharing their positive vacation experiences. Discounted vacation benefits are offered to employees in order to ultimately improve the experience for our customers. It is our intention that employee travel should take place in a way that does not significantly impact availability for customers.
All active part-time and full-time employees are eligible to use our travel product through our Employee Travel Benefit Program. As the primary goal is to educate employees about our destinations, the employee must be present to utilize employee travel benefits.
Employee travel is booked on a space available basis. There is no holding of units at any time.
Reserving multiple weeks in a row is not permitted nor is reserving multiple units simultaneously. For example, an employee cannot not reserve 4 weeks in February in Naples, nor can they book 2 units in June in Ocean City, MD.
East coast beaches are insanely popular for our clients. That means that employees need to squeeze in their beach vacations (NJ, DE, MD, SC, NC, VA) before June 23rd or after August 25th unless the destination appears as a Bonus Week. We hire superheroes, so we KNOW that you all want to pull off a hero reservation for your spouse, kids or parents. No problem, they can also travel without you. We won’t judge if your family prefers to leave you behind. You can’t take availability away from customers so that your mother’s second cousin, twice removed can enjoy a holiday. Certain locations may have additional restrictions during the summer, holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, President’s Week or Easter) and special events.

Reservations are paid for at the time of booking. Vacation assurance (SPF14) is also offered at time of booking!
Love this benefit but want to travel without employee restrictions? Employee sales price for 6 vacation weeks is $1,800. Speak to HR or Customer Care for an explanation of reservation fees and annual service charge associated with our packages.
